Apply for a Mini Grant
Applications are now being accepted! Deadline is November 18th.
Lawrence Education Association awards multiple mini-grants of up to $100 to LEA members three times a year. LEA Mini-Grant applications are open to certified and ESP members.
While evaluating the applications, the Mini-Grant Committee looks for innovative projects that serve a significant number of students which could not be funded using building or district monies. The committee also looks for projects that could be replicated in the future without new funding requests.
This year's deadlines...
1. November 18th, 2024 (recipients announced at December Building Rep meeting)
2. January 21st, 2025 (recipients announced at February Building Rep meeting)
3. March 24th, 2025 (recipients announced at April Building Rep meeting)
Important Note:
- Mini-grant award money must be spent during the 2024-2025 school year.
- Mini-grant winners who do NOT submit receipts to Mindy Nickles (treasurer@leastrong.net) or pictures to Shelby Tosee (secretary@leastrong.net) by May 23rd, 2025 for items purchased will be disqualified from being awarded future grants.
