At the Table
LEA and the district participate in year-round bargaining. In past years, we have participated in a practice called Interest-Based Bargaining. Starting in the 26-27 school year, we will switch back to Traditional Bargaining to align with our ESPs and win all the things! LEA Negotiations Committee members create interest statements based on member needs to advocate at the table.
