Bargaining Team Prep for the 25-26 Negotiated Agreement

The team has wrapped up the bargaining session for the 2024-2025 school year. With this year in the books, the team is looking toward the next session for the 2025-2026 negotiated agreement.

Are you interested in serving on the committee? Would you like to know more about Interest-Based Bargaining? Want to advocate at the table for your colleagues? Join the team in their prep session as we count down the days until we are back at the table!

On August 8th, we will have a member only Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) Workshop. Here you will learn how the team navigates the conversations at the table and how member issues are transformed into issue statements.

At this event, the applications for two openings on our bargaining team. Attending the IBB Workshop is a requirement to be on the team. Applications are due August 16th.

Lastly, if selected to be on the team, August 24th will be the day of the Negotiations Retreat. This is when the team will map out interest statements and plan for the year.
